There are two ways of deleting all your data and account associated with the OkeyDa application.

If you still have your application, please go to settings and click the “Delete my OkeyDa account” button. This will commence the process of deleting all your data from OkeyDa and thereby closing your account at OkeyDa. This process is irreversible and all the data you have saved will be destroyed.

If you no longer have the application installed, and do not want to do so, please mail your phone number to [email protected] with your phone number and that you want to be deleted from the OkeyDa system. We will then respond with a password sent to your phone number. After confirming the password with us, we will then remove your account and associated data.

Your data that will be deleted is:

• Your login, name and user profile
• Your comments / invitations / messages and acceptance of OkeyDa events
• Your uploaded images / documents associated with OkeyDa events
• Your OkeyDa connections
• Your approximate locations if you have chosen to include this in the events.
• Your DeviceID
• Your interactions with the application

Data that will not immediately be deleted:

• Your IP address you used to access OkeyDa (this data is stored in logging & security systems and is generally purged after 90 days)
• Anonymized performance data collected by Google FireBase
• Anonymized application data
