The application has a built in error reporting. If the application crashes, it will automatically send a crash log to the developers for analyze, however, if there are any issues which are not working as you expect, or if you have suggestions on how to do something in a better way, you can simply e-mail to [email protected]. This mail will go to all developers to make sure it is taken care of.

In the “about” box on the android application, there is a “send a bug report to the Okeyda developers”-button. It will automatically create an e-mail with all information needed.

What do we need to know to help you?

  • What happened
  • What was expected to happen?
  • What happened instead?
  • User name / phone number of recipient who did / did not get the messages / notifications as you expected

The android application automatically also fills in additional information needed which server was used, user id, and other information needed to help you faster.
